Class Descriptions
Adult Beginner Ballet
Designed for those who have little to no experience in ballet, this class covers the fundamentals of ballet in addition to learning correct posture and building strength.
Mat Pilates
Pilates class is great for a total body workout with a focus on the core. Elements of strength, toning and flexibility are all utilized. All levels are welcome to attend Pilates class.
Adult Intermediate Ballet
This class is best suited to those who have had a minimum of 3 years ballet training. It expands on technique and more movements and combinations are studied.
Stretch & Strengthen Class
This class is a great way to build long, lean muscles while stretching and strengthening the body. Elements from Pilates, Yoga, and General Body Conditioning are used. All levels are welcome.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are open to all ages and can be scheduled around class offerings. Lessons can be scheduled in ballet, pointe, variations and more. Please contact us if you have any questions.
